Welcome to Costa Bella at Playa Azul! Beach front property, offering breathtaking views of the ocean as well as the rain forest. Walk to the beach with private access in less than 5 mins. Close to restaurants and shopping! You will have access to the entire unit during your stay that sleeps up to 7 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, cooler, washer and dryer. Enjoy your private oceanfront balcony with your morning coffee or glass of wine. The space You will find this property to be bright and spacious to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Both bedrooms and living area have air conditioning and the entire condo has been updated. You also will have access to the complex which has an oversized outdoor communal pool (access with key), direct access to the public beach Playa Azul thru private beach gate (access with key), basketball and tennis courts. The grounds are well manicured with walking paths, beautiful gardens, and bench seating throughout. There are also 2 outdoor showers to rinse the sand off after the beach. One by the beach gate entrance and the other as your walking back to the building to the left before you enter the lobby. Guest access You can walk to a lot of local beaches, restaurants, the plaza and even shopping. Parking in the complex is free of charge and we allow up to 2 vehicles for your stay. If you plan on venturing off the beach and locality of Luquillo we suggest renting a vehicle to get around the island and other towns. Since Ubers are not as accessible like they would be in the metro area. Other things to note Costa Bella is in a wonderful location!! All travel times are by vehicle: *Just 40-45 minutes east of San Juan Airport and Old San Juan *15 minutes to El Yunque National Forest. * Walking distance to several beaches, the Kiosks and the Plaza of Luquillo * 10-15 minutes from beaches, shopping, marinas with snorkeling, boat charters and restaurants in Fajardo. *25 minutes to the ferry to Ceiba that takes you to Vieques and Culebra. Although we hope this will not happen during your stay, it is unfortunately out of our control.
