My husband and I set out to create our dream vacation home here under the Arizona sun, and we infused it with every thoughtful touch and detail we could want for. Now we’d like to share it with you! The space Here for golf? We are within 15 minutes of 4 premiere golf courses, including TPC Scottsdale (home of the annual Waste Management Golf Tournament), McCormick Ranch Golf Course, West Kierland Golf Club, and Camelback Golf Club Whether you’re staying for a long weekend or several months, this upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features two master suites, both with adjoining Jack and Jill bathrooms and 40” TVs. A third bedroom features two twin-XL beds, and all bedrooms offer a choice of firm or soft pillows, not to mention white-noise machines to lull you to sleep. Get the temperature perfect with central air / heat plus remote controlled ceiling fans in every bedroom. Open the sliding back door onto your expansive 5000 sqft outdoor living space. Float away in your sparkling private pool (heated Oct-April at no additional charge), or lay out under the sun in reclining lounge chairs. Let Fido play in the oversized backyard (fully fenced) with grassy area. Doggie blankets provided along with indoor dog bed. On a workcation? Be productive in two working spaces with desks, office chairs, 250 Mbps wifi, and laser printer. Plenty of extra outlets and USB ports in the main living space and on all nightstands. But don’t work too much! Sign off early and kick back on the comfy sectional in the main living space to watch a flick on the 50” flat screen (DVD player included), then pause to whip up a snack in the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen with top-end appliances, Cuisinart cookware, air-fryer, Ninja blender, Keurig, and more. On a perfect Arizona evening, head outside to make dinner on the Weber grill, then serve it on the 6-place outdoor dining set. After reveling under a painted-sky sunset, lay back in the Adirondacks around the fire pit for s’mores, or curl up to chat on the patio sectional under the soft glow of string-lights. Guest access The guests have access to all areas of the property except one locked hall closet upstairs and locked cabinet in garage. Other things to note FIRES: Note that indoor and outdoor fires are prohibited in Maricopa county from May 1 through Sept 30 due to the extreme heat and dryness. POOL HEATER: While we have a pool heater, during the winter months, we recommend using our pool cover at night if you want to keep the pool as warm as possible. We cannot guarantee the pool will reach full temperature on the colder days. Target temperature is set for 82 degrees. If it gets below 50 degrees at night, it is unlikely the heater will be able to get the pool to that temperature. Pool is not heated mid-late May through late September. SECURITY CAMERAS: Your safety matters. There are 3 security cameras recording audio/video: One located at the front door, one at the back yard gate, and one at the back patio door. All are aimed to capture entrances and none look into any interior spaces. We value your privacy. These cameras are monitored to ensure that only authorized guests and service providers are on the property, in case of noise complaints, or emergencies.
