This villa is located in Coral Views, a quiet and private luxury community, providing you with plenty of privacy for the relaxing vacation you want. You will fall in love with the sea views from the terrace while you relax in the hammock. Villa Robellina is perfect for those vacations as a couple, its maximum occupancy of 2 people. The space Enjoy all the comforts of home, including beautiful decor, an abundance of natural light, a TV in the bedroom, a well-appointed kitchenette, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. You also have at your disposal the assistant "Alexa". This property has a permanent caretaker, you may see him around, and he'll assist you with fresh fruits, kayaks or something else. Important Note: Access to the property includes several steps (See pictures for reference). You can rent this house together with Villa Royal and form a house for 6 people @ CaribPura. Things to know: - Not suitable for children - No pets allowed PLEASE NOTE. There is ongoing construction near this property. You might experience some noise during your stay. Guest access -You’ll have exclusive access of Villa Robellina. -The beach and pool at the Coral Views community are about a 15-minute walk (including a large hill) or a 3-minute drive—perfect for sunbathing, strolling, or simply soaking in the tropical beauty. While the area has some seaweed and rocks, not ideal for swimming, it’s still a stunning spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. Plus, there’s a beautiful dock with a ladder where you can take a refreshing dip. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Failure to comply with the policies will result in an additional charge.
