Y'all come! This sprawling one-level home is perfect for any gathering. Enjoy the 2 indoor living areas, spacious dining room, and exterior courtyards with barbeque, seating, and even a covered TV room! Located in Boise's historic East End, just minutes from Eagle Rock (trailhead is only 3 blocks away!). This lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom is perfect for an extended stay or short trip to Boise. 5 min to downtown, 7 min walk to the greenbelt and super easy access to everything great about Boise! The space Lots of room to spread out with both a formal living room and desk area just inside the front door and a game room style area in the back of the home. The first bedroom inside has a queen bed, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower has a king bed and relaxing sitting area. The excellent condition vintage kitchen is very functional but please note the smaller second oven is just for looks. The kitchen is fully equipped and huge with lots of space for meal prep and folks to hang out and chat. The main fridge is new and there is a second "drinks fridge" in the bar area. Through the kitchen is the game room area with two arcade style game machines which both feature multiple game choices, two televisions so you don't have to fight over which game to watch and comfortable modern seating. There are two bedrooms past the game room. The bedroom on the right has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom on the left has a full size bed with twin size trundle bed. Through the back doorway of the bedroom is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer and 1/2 bathroom. There are two patio areas. The patio area on the east side of the home features outdoor seating with an umbrella and a gas grill. Rare off street parking for two vehicles just behind a stored vehicle in the driveway and lots of free on street parking if needed. 1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed, please ask if you have more than two. Our dog fee is $45 per dog for the entire stay. Cats are not allowed. Guest access Please note: all living spaces in this home are on the first floor. There is a set of stairs to the basement that is owner access only.
