Our comfortable and newly renovated cottage-style studio rests on a hillside in Santa Rosa's Bennett Valley. Guests can take a leisurely 15 minute walk to restaurants, bars, golf and more, or a 5-minute drive to the nearest winery. Located near the junction of Highways 12 and 101, this space combines convenience for those wishing to explore all of the Wine Country’s offerings, whilst allowing our guests to feel secluded and enjoy the scenery of one of California’s most beautiful areas. Our space is a separate unit across the driveway from the main house, located amidst the oak trees on a quaint hillside in Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa. Our space is a three-minute drive to Matanzas Creek Winery, and within a 30-minute drive of 100+ wineries in Sonoma County’s Sonoma, Alexander, and Russian River Valleys. If you prefer to walk, the cottage is also within a 15-minute walk of golf (Bennett Valley Golf Course), a park (tennis courts, softball and soccer fields), multiple restaurants and bars. We like to have our guests enjoy their privacy during their stay. However, we are on-site most evenings should a guest have an occasional question pertaining to the space or the surrounding area.
