The space The unit is a short walk from downtown Potrero, a charming Costa Rican village with a traditional church and soccer field in the center. Casa del Sol thus enjoys the best of both worlds: a tranquil location that feels secluded yet offers convenient access to all the Gold Coast’s vibrant towns, amenities and activities. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute walk of our gates. Not to mention two incredible beaches: Playa Penca and Playa Potrero. And just around a headland is another beach, Playa Potrero, that stretches all the way to the world-class marina now open in Flamingo. This condo is cleaned and thoroughly disinfected before your arrival. There is a king size bed in the master and two twin beds that can be joined together to make a king bed in the guest bedroom.
