The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 inviting living rooms, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Step outside to a large deck overlooking the lake, where you can sip your morning coffee, Just beyond the deck, enjoy your own private beach. Less than a mile from downtown Lexington and the marina, you’ll have easy access. The space Inside Your Lakefront Getaway Step inside and feel right at home. The layout is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation — whether you’re gathering with family, sharing laughs with friends, or simply soaking in the peaceful lake views. Just off the kitchen and Living Room #1, you’ll find two private bedrooms, each cozy and thoughtfully arranged for a restful night’s sleep. One of these bedrooms offers beautiful views of Lake Huron, where you can wake up to the soft shimmer of the morning sun on the water. Bedroom #3 is a true retreat — spacious and welcoming, with custom-built queen bunks and a king/queen bunk that make it perfect for families or groups. This room also features its own private bathroom, adding comfort and convenience for your stay. Across from it, Living Room #2 is the heart of relaxation — a bright, airy space with panoramic lake views, a plush sofa, loveseat, and armchair, and even a dedicated workspace complete with a desk and monitor for those who want to work with an inspiring view. Living Room #1, located near the kitchen, feels warm and inviting — the perfect spot to gather for coffee or movie nights. It features a large smart TV, comfortable seating, and a charming coffee bar to start your mornings or unwind in the evenings. From every corner of the home, you’ll find comfort, space, and those unforgettable views of Lake Huron that make Lexington Getaway so special. Guest access Parking & Local Attractions There’s plenty of convenient parking available for up to four vehicles — two in front of the garage and two more in front of the house. From the house, you can take a short ¼-mile walk to Bunnies, a beloved local spot known for its ice cream and casual food. They’re open spring through fall and are a must-visit for a sweet treat or quick bite. While you can enjoy a peaceful walk or bike ride around the area, a car is recommended for exploring nearby Lexington and beyond. Just one mile away, downtown Lexington offers a charming mix of restaurants, bars, shops, a theater, and a grocery store — everything you need within easy reach. For everyday essentials, the local grocery store Jeff’s Market in Lexington has you covered. If you need a larger shopping trip, Port Huron is only about a 20-minute drive and has major retailers such as Walmart and Meijer.
