We offer Wifi, smart TV (pre-loaded with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime), Chromecast (allowing you to airplay your own streaming platform subscriptions to the TV from your own device), usb outlets above the mantle, and even a printer for use. An eco-conscious Nest warms or cools (AC) the house upon detecting your presence, and a cozy thermostated gas fireplace kicks on in the winter. Also, the driveway is equipped with an EV charging station (outlet only, guests will need their own cables). (Hosts live on the separate garden level of this home. No common space is shared with guests, and interaction is unlikely without need or request. Please note that Portland law requires hosts to occupy the premises, and will be the case with most licensed airbnbs within the city.
