The master suite features a king bed and a queen air mattress, with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and Bedroom 3 includes two full beds. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request, along with a crib - ideal for families traveling with little ones. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser are all provided. A washer and dryer are on-site for longer stays.   Living & entertainment The living room is anchored by an 86 inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Chromecast, HBO Max, premium cable, and Apple TV - plenty to keep everyone busy on a rest day. High-speed Wifi and an Ethernet connection are available throughout, with a dedicated workspace in a common area for anyone needing to stay productive. When screens aren't calling, the ping pong table and exercise equipment offer a change of pace.   Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils round out the essentials. Wine glasses, dishes, and cooking basics are all stocked. Pull everyone around the dining table for shared meals - the open layout keeps conversation flowing between kitchen and living space.   Outdoor living Step outside into a fully fenced private backyard with desert, golf course, and mountain views. The private pool and private hot tub - available all year, open 24 hours - anchor the outdoor space, with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area for long, relaxed afternoons. The fire pit is a natural gathering point after sunset, and the BBQ grill makes outdoor cooking effortless. With the pool heating available from October through May (at $50 per day to reach 88°F), and summer pool temperatures naturally sitting between 85-95°F, there's never really a bad time to be outside.   Location Inside the PGA West community, the home sits within walking distance of the Stadium Course clubhouse and Ernie's Bar & Grill. Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Fields - home to major events and festivals - are all close by. Shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences are a short drive away, with Palm Springs and surrounding desert destinations easily within reach.   Additional details Self check-in is available via smart lock with a unique code issued before arrival. Free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger are all available. A shared gym nearby offers additional recreation. Long-term stays are welcome. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - there is no extra fee if the accommodation can be arranged. Hot tub heat is complimentary. Pool heating is $50 per day to reach 88°F, available October through May. During summer months, the pool naturally sits between 85-95°F. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. Please note: the home has HOA noise limit requirements. Bringing your own Bluetooth speaker is recommended.
