Perfect for two families – dual entrances, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax.Lovely 4 bdr home just 12 minutes walk from the famous Woolamai surf beach and the same from calmer and quieter safety beach perfect for families for a range of water activities. We are just 2 minutes walk from the local restaurants, cafes and local supermarket. Close to all attractions that Island can offer The space Situated on a quiet street perfect for a relaxing family holiday and within walking distance to all Cape Woolamai has to offer included iconic Cape Woolamai surf beach and calm Safety beach. Walk along the sheer cliff tops of Phillip Island's most southerly point and be rewarded with superb panoramas of the island. Take a walk along golden sand beaches any time of the year, stop at viewing platforms to take in the breathtaking views of the Pinnecles. This charming modern holiday home is fully furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious, conditioned living and retreat areas with Smart TV and extra TV provided for Play station (if you bring your own). The kitchen is stocked with all essentials items included tea, Nespresso coffee pod machine and pods are provided. Smeg kettle and toaster, some breakfast cereal and even home-made condiments like BBQ rubs, sauces and jams. Fully functioning laundry with top of the range washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms one with a shower over the bath. In retreat area you will find space where kinds can play them electronic games or some board games that provided. Outside, the yard is fully fenced with plenty of space to run and play. We have plenty of outdoor equipment/games and bikes that can be rented for some extra charge (please ask). Gas BBQ and utensils for it provided (but please don't forget to clean it after use). All bed linen and towels are provided. BYO beach towels as ours are not for the beach use. We have a beach cart with 5 beach towels, beach tent and umbrella, beach ball and rackets plus 2 boogie boards for rent if you interested. All information about things to do, places to visit and eat you will find in the brochures at the house. Please read carefully Guest Information folder for more information about the place and a house. Guest access Games room is not accessible for 1 night stay.
