This property is ideal for family holidays. Casa Tess has a big terrace and BBQ area and a swimming pool. This villa is located in a quiet corner of town although walking distance to beach and town centre. Casa Tess is part of a 3 property complex, that also includes Casa Sonrisa and Casa Alegria, but only share the gate from the street. Each property has their own private swimming pool and terrace. The space This property is ideal for a couple or small family. Casa Tess has a sunny terrace with beautiful mountain views and lovely outdoor dinning area with BBQ. And also a private swimming pool. This villa is located in a quiet corner of town, it is an easy walk to Burriana beach, there are a couple of very big supermarkets just up the road at a less than 5 minute walk and it is also a nice, aprox. 20 minute walk into the center of Nerja. If you have decided to rent a car, parking on the street is not a problem and free. This property has two bedrooms. One has a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed that converts into a double bed. This floor shares AC/Heating. The bathroom has a shower. The upper floor has the entrance to the house, an open plan living-dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. This floor has TV with international channels (english, french and german), WIFI and also AC/heating. The terrace and private swimming pool are the most valued by our guests. We have 4 sunbeds and outdoor dinning table and BBQ. You will have sun most of the day and also shade if required with the 3 parasols we provide. The house has magnificent views of the Almijara mountains. Bedlinnen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. We also have cots and high chairs for families travelling with babies. As this property is located in a residential part of town, you will be able to relax far from traffic noise or loud bars and restaurantes. This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Guest access The house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Nerja. There are usually no problems parking on the street. It has a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Burriana Beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The Balcony of Europe (village center) about 30 minutes walk. So a car is not really necessary if you do not intend to visit other places further away. The area is very quiet, ideal to rest during your holidays. Other things to note Please take into account that this property is located in a residential area, so you do have neighbours and you are expected to respect resting hours. Also, this property has stairs to access the house and also it has two-storeys, so this is not an ideal property for some one with mibility dificulties.
