This beautiful log cottage has large windows that let in lots of light. It has a beautiful, custom, sauna/shower with a rain shower head and a washer/dryer. There is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dinning and living room all in one room.Upstairs has a queen bed and 2 twin beds with a large built in hammock. You will not want to miss, a stay in a one of a kind cottage on beautiful acreage located in the heart of Fairbanks with two shared hot tubs and a barrel sauna. The space This cottage has an open floor plan. The main floor has a gorgeous kitchen with a gold farmhouse sink, tile backsplash and black stainless steel appliances with a dining table that seats 6. An open living room with plenty of seating with a pullout queen hid a bed. The bathroom is also on the main floor with a giant sauna shower . When you walk up the spiral staircase you will find a comfy queen bed, 2 twin beds and a built in hammock. Relax in the hammock that hangs over the living room and enjoy this unique space. There is shared laundry in the bathhouse. Guest access There are 5 other house located in this private neighborhood. We also have 4 newly built treehouses on the property. There are two shared hot tubs. There are 2 parking spots right in front of the cottage for guests use. We recommend renting a car preferably an AWD and 4 wheel drive to visit all the unique places around Fairbanks. Cabs, Lyfts and Ubers are also available. Other things to note The cottage has a shared laundry in the bathhouse. We are also on a well and there might be some discoloration in the water. But there is a reverse osmosis faucet drinking water in the kitchen.
