This 1 BR home is great for a getaway. Only 2 miles from downtown Ithaca & 5 minutes from Cornell. Located at the end of the Song neighborhood in Ecovillage, with large yard. Deep Japanese tub with jacuzzi. 800 sf. Organic gardens, swimming pond, playground, outdoor furniture and grill. 175 acres of forest and pathways for hiking. or skiing. Friendly neighborhood with quiet time from 9:30 pm to 7 am. Enjoy Ithaca gorges, parks, Cayuga lake, great food, music and wineries.. The space I live here most of the time, sand have a wonderful kitchen with lots of cook's tools and there are many other amenities. Be sure to try out the deep Japanese bath tub with Jacuzzi. Your floor has a master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, work area and living area. I live in a a separate apartment downstairs. Guest access The house is at the end of the pathway about 50 yards away from parking. But we have garden carts to make it easy for you to get your luggage in one trip. You’ll find easy access to amazon or netflix. TEMPERATURE: In the winter the thermostat in the master bedroom is programmed for 71 degrees. You can always change this to your liking. SHEETS AND TOWELS: Your room has fresh sheets and towels. When you leave, please leave used towels on the floor and the beds unmade. TRASH AND RECYCLING: Please keep trash, returnable bottles, and recycling separate. CHECK OUT: Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Make sure you take all your belongings with you. The shipping and handling fee is often more than the value of the phone cord that you leave behind.
