The owner's personal belongings and any locked spaces are not accessible to guests Other things to note Important Notes for Your Stay: One pet up to 15 kg (33 lbs) is allowed. An additional pet fee will apply. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. ELECTRICITY CHARGES - there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
