A spacious open plan living/dining area can be found on the first floor, with sumptuous seating for both dining and relaxing. Entertaining is made easy with a fully equipped, spacious, contemporary kitchen and dining area comfortably seating ten guests. The adjacent breakaway games/TV room will keep the kids entertained or provide the retreat for a cosy film night! Every detail has been considered, including a cosy wood burning stove, creating a calming atmosphere to soak in the tranquil views from the balcony across Silverlake Heath at any time of year. On the second floor, tastefully decorated double and twin bedrooms share a contemporary wet room.
