Main Floor: ★ The main level features an open floor plan with living room, dining room (seating for 8), and kitchen. ★ The living room features an electric fireplace, pullout queen couch and 55" Smart TV. ★ The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. ★ There is one bedroom with a king size bed and 50" Smart TV and a full bathroom on the main floor. ★ The full-sized washing machine and dryer are also located on the main floor. ★ There is another half bathroom located near the living room and kitchen. Upper Level: ★ Game room/TV room with 65" Smart TV, NEW 60 Barrell shaped arcade game with chairs & New Air Hockey Table. We provide linens for beds, bath towels and wash cloths as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 2 kitchen trash bags. These amenities are limited therefore we recommend bringing additional supplies from home or purchasing them locally. The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, toaster, Drip & also a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, various size pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware. We are coffee lovers and you will love our starter pack of Keurig coffee pods. Also enjoy free, reliable high-speed internet throughout the cabin and outdoor spaces. Cable TV access provided through the spectrum TV app which has 60+ channels. No Steep roads to get to this cabin! This cabin is on city water (not well water). While the neighborhood seems secluded, please keep in mind there are other cabins in this neighborhood, although we are the last cabin in the community. There is a cabin to the right of the home. If you want to be completely secluded with no neighbors in sight, this isn't the place for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin and 3 parking spaces. You will be given a door code to access the keypad on the front door prior to your stay. The code is only active during the reservation so that no previous or future guests can enter. You’ll drive right up to Osprey Oasis Cabin. Keyless entry with door code is provided in your welcome instructions. The cabin is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Osprey Oasis Cabin accommodates up to ten people. Additional guests must be pre-approved and will incur an added fee. These cameras record both audio and video, which is stored for a period of time. As the property owner, we have access to the footage and may use it for security purposes if necessary. We value our guests' privacy and will not share the footage with anyone else unless required by law. Please note that by booking this property, you consent to the use of these cameras for security purposes. No video or sound is recorded inside of the house. ★ Pets (Dogs) Allowed: We understand that pets are also members of the family. Well-trained pets (house-trained and crate-trained) are welcome at the cabin. Please do not allow pets on any furniture when inside the cabin. Pet fees of 149$ per pet applies. Maximum 2 pets. No Cats allowed. If extra pets are sneaked in without prior approval a 500$ deep cleaning charge will be applied. ★ While children are always welcome, this property is not toddler/baby-proof and children must be supervised at all times. Children cannot be left unattended at the cabin. The person on the reservation must be reasonably available at the property for the entirety of the reservation. ★ We do not allow Parties or Events ★ No Smoking inside the cabin ★ CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. ★ Remember, we're in the mountains. You will certainly see bugs, critters, and may even see some bears!
