You get private use of downstairs kitchen, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Private rear entrance is for guests as well. Within a few of blocks from Grimey’s Record store, Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen, Mickey’s bar, and several other nice spots for night life. Riverside Village is 3/4 mile down the street with many other food, coffee, shopping destinations. And if you're here on a Tuesday you can enjoy the Honky Tonk Tuesday at the American Legion Post 82 which joins the back of my property. As a guest you will have full private access to your own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and laundry rooms. I will happily provide fresh fruit and Keurig coffee. Fabulously located within a couple of blocks from great restaurants, bars and record stores. All I live upstairs so I should be available most of the time. If I’m not on sight I can easily be reached by email, text or phone calls. Please holler if you need anything at all! Plenty of parking so feel free to bring your car. Or if you prefer the taxi, Uber, Lyft option, I’m only 4 miles from downtown which is usually $7-12 via uber or Lyft.
