There is usually one or two extra parking spaces on the street but it is very limited so we ask that you please limit the number of cars to 4 maximum. Other things to note Any excessive dishes that require a rewash or for us to hand wash and load them may incur a charge of up to $50. Unauthorized late checkout will be charged at a rate of $60 for any part of an hour. Any authorized late check out may incur a charge of up to $30 per hour at our discretion depending on the need for additional cleaning crew to prepare for the next guests. While we do welcome pets, if they bark while you are gone, they are not to be left alone. Any unauthorized pets will be charged at a rate of $100 per pet per night. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and any additional cleaning of mud, pet hair, slobber, etc. will incur an additional pet cleaning fee of $100. Any pet accidents that involve additional cleaning of urine or feces may incur additional pet cleaning fee of $200.
