Visit breweries, vineyards, or enjoy a quiet getaway. Our home offers guests a zero stair entry, with 2 living spaces and 4 private bedrooms. Bedrooms include 2 king bedroom ensuites, 1 queen, and twin bunks for sleeping up to 8 guests. Our home is heated and air conditioned! You're welcomed by a serene, tree-scaped entry and expansive deck. Just inside, you'll find a spot to hang your coat and kick off your shoes. Large vaulted ceilings in the main floor living, dining and kitchen area provide seating for all guests and a place to gather and unwind after a day on the trails, tastings at the local watering holes, or skiing the slopes. The main level is finished off with a primary bedroom ensuite and laundry. For those concerned with stairs, this makes for a great option when travelling with parents and grandparents: a zero stair entry and zero stair main level/master ensuite! The second living space and ensuite bedroom can be found on the lower level to maximize comfort and space during your stay. Whether you assign to your children or provide adults with a space of their own, everyone has a spot to relax and enjoy. Both the main floor and lower level have back deck space to spread out and experience time outdoors. The final 2 bedrooms hold 1 queen and 1 twin bunk and can be found on the top level of the home. The lower level offers a second living space equipped with board games, puzzles, movies and children's toys to stay entertained. A 55" Smart TV with Prime video, Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ is provided for those looking to catch a glimpse of the ball game or end their day watching a movie. Private driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles and an EV charger (J-1772, 40 amps). Please ensure the guest count is accurate upon booking. Third party bookings are not permitted. Guests must be 25 and older to book. Our home is on a sump pump/pump Grinder plumbing system. Therefore, only Scott or septic safe tissue (provided by host) may be used. No other items will be flushed even if it says “flushable”. Any damage caused to the septic, sump pump or sewer is fully the responsibility of the guest and their party. We love animals, but do not allow dogs/pets. Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay, including 3 outdoor deck spaces and a screened in porch off main level bedroom. Extend your living space throughout the spring, summer and early fall months! The home is ideal for those looking to enjoy the dining, shopping, hiking, skiing and swimming options on the mountain, as well as to enjoy relaxing in the space, cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or lounging by the fire, observing nature from one of the 3 outdoor spaces. From Memorial day to Labor day, the Chestnut Springs pool (on the mountain) and Stoney Creek pool (in the valley) are available for guests to use. We can be as available as you'd like during your stay. There is a list of contacts in case of emergency, as well as our contact information available to you in the home should you need help during your stay. Nestled on the mountain at Wintergreen Resort, our home is located just across from the Raven's Roost trail. With seasonal views, restaurants, hiking trails, summer pools, and ski slopes are just minutes away! There is a shuttle that can be requested by calling the resort, and picks up at the house. We prefer to walk when possible. Nearby trails make exploring easy without a car! The spa and fitness/aquatics center can only be accessed by spa guests the day of service for a fee. Wood burning fire place available for use, but guests must provide firewood. We recommend purchasing at the market near the lodge.
