You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. Minutes away from the freeway (I-15). Conveniently located between Salt Lake and Provo. Park and walking trail close by. Fully furnished and stocked kitchen. All the amenities you need to make you feel at home. Perfect for long term stays. This is an open concept floorplan with the kitchen, dining area and living room all on the main level. There is also a half bathroom on this level. Upstairs is very spacious with the main bedroom and two additional bedrooms. There is a full bathroom in the main bedroom as well as a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a laundry room upstairs. The main bedroom has a small balcony patio. Guests will have access to the full townhome. I am available by phone, texting, or email. I am more than happy to help with any questions or needs. Guests are able to check in by themselves through the app, MyQ, or I can let them in when they arrive through my app. I will not be physically present at the house. If guests need anything during their stay I will do my best to accommodate them. This is a residential neighborhood full of townhomes and single family homes. There is an elementary and middle school close by but it's generally a very quiet neighborhood. There is a walking path very close to the house. This is a residential neighborhood and there is not easy access to public transportation. It would be most convenient for guests to have their own car to get around but they can also use Uber or Lyft or another car service like that.
