The cosy and family-friendly apartment “Haus Lohengrin - Ferienwohnung 2” is situated quietly in Seis am Schlern (Siusi allo Sciliar), a sunny village in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and Bolzano (Bozen). It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or skiing. The 35 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The outdoor area boasts a south-facing balcony with great views of the mountains, including the “Schlern”, as well as a shared garden with seating furniture and a playground, where you can have breakfast in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine while looking over the surrounding mountains. Within 18 minutes on foot (1.5km) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants. A cable car taking you to the Sellaronda skiing area is only a 6-minute drive (2 km) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) is in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere.
