This large 2 bedroom suite with art deco chic style, is the perfect location for a relaxing reprieve or family holiday. Free WIFI The space High ceilings and large bedrooms provide a feeling of spaciousness. We've just updated all the flooring, and fully renovated the bathroom and kitchen. The standard setup for this apartment accommodates up to 5 persons, with 1 king-wdith queen bed in the main bedroom + 3 single beds in the second bedroom. There is also an additional fold out trundle bed available for use, which can be made up in the main bedroom. **Please note, if you require use of the fold out trundle bed, there is an additional $40 fee, and you need to request at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We will issue a money request or booking alteration for this to be added. Last minute requests for the trundle bed are generally not be able to be accommodated** Guest access Entire apartment is all yours, as well as access to the common area Laundry room located at the back of the building, which including coin operated washer and dryer. A free WIFI service is provided in the apartment (some download restrictions apply). We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay. Other things to note For a secure and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a short verification process after booking. In addition to your Airbnb profile verification, we kindly ask guests to: ✔ Provide a government-issued photo ID ✔ Upload a matching selfie ✔ Confirm contact details ✔ Sign a brief rental agreement agreeing to the terms of your stay This information is collected securely for verification purposes only and is not stored or used beyond the screening process. Full check-in details will be provided once verification is successfully completed. Optional extras such as early check-in, late check-out, additional bedding, baby equipment, or extra cleaning services can be selected through our Airbnb-partnered GuestPass portal. These may incur additional fees and can also be arranged via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre if preferred. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay. - The starter amenities packs are there to assist in your arrival process, however these items are not replenished during your stay. For extended stays you may need to purchase more of these items, such as toilet paper and milk. - The carpark is located at the end of the driveway of the building. Off street parking is available for one car only. Please note, it is a very tight carpark and there is only 1 allocated space available per apartment, so you must only park in the space marked with your apartment number. - The height of the lowest point of this specific apartment carpark is 1.9 metres. Cars with roof racks will not fit under our carport, but most standard size 4WD and SUVs will fit. - Additional cars or visitors to the property must park on the street. There is free parking available in the surrounding side streets, but NOT directly out the front of the building, which is ticketed. -If you require use of the fold out trundle bed, there is an additional fee, and you need to request this upon booking and we will issue a resolution request for this to be added, or you can request it via our guest pass. - Generally 48 hours notice is required to book in extra optional services such as beds or baby cots, so last minute requests may not be able to be accommodated. The fee can also be dependent on the timing of the request.
