Located in the heart of Solvang you are within walking distance of shops, eateries, bakeries, and tasting rooms. VIOLET 3 is ADA approved handicap accessible. The space The cottages were recently built with the highest standard of workmanship and materials. They are arranged duplex style and are each completely private with porch or patio. Other things to note Violet 3 meets full handicap certification-- large bathroom with roll-in shower, seat, and hand-held shower head. Wide doorways and sinks with wheelchair access. Level access from outside. The 12% management fee is for the mandatory Solvang bed tax.
