Off West Lake Road on quiet road. 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 comfortably. Minutes from SUNY Geneseo, Letchworth, Finger Lakes, and more! The space Come to Bella Vita to enjoy the beautiful life by the lake. Sit on the deck with a glass of your favorite cocktail and admire the picturesque views of Conesus Lake. Wade in the water or take a swim off the docks. You can also enjoy the gorgeous views of Conesus Lake indoors, by relaxing comfortably in the living room with a new 50 inch flat screen TV and WiFi. Make delicious meals in Bella Vita’s modern kitchen and make memories sitting in the dining room. Eight people can be comfortably seated for sit-down family dinners, or there are four barstools at the counter for casual meals. Recharge in our three nautically decorated rooms. There are two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) that have full sets of bath towels and beach towels for you to use. Hair dryers are also available. Kitchen contains all utensils and households required to prepare delicious meals. Bella Vita also has coffee pot, blender, toaster, iron/ironing board. Please note- smoking is not allowed in any rental property and no pets are allowed. ALSO, please note- We have a security system that we use for safety and security when the home is not being rented. FOR YOUR PRIVACY- We will NOT arm it while you are enjoying your stay., so you don’t have to worry about a siren alarm going off. Please not that there are security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the house by the doors on side, back and front garage. Guest access Guests can enjoy the whole house. (Garage excluded) Other things to note We will provide you with keyless entry code to the house to simplify your arrival and departure. For your safety, there are security cameras outdoors on the front garage, on the east and west sides of the home, on the deck, and on the dock.
