The Kooralbyn Golfers retreat is a beautiful two bedroom villa home overlooking the spectacular Kooralbyn Valley Golf Course. This fully renovated villa with its inviting and relaxing atmosphere offers the perfect golfing getaway. This stunning location is ideal for one to two couples wanting to enjoy a weekend away playing golf. This self contained villa includes everything you need to stay comfortable during your short to mid term stay. The space Both bedrooms are self contained with queen size bedding, ensuite, air conditioning and plenty of warm doonas for the colder months. Upstairs off the main bedroom is a large covered deck, perfect for summer afternoons relaxing or reading a book enjoying the views. Downstairs opens up to a separate kitchen, dining and living room and all areas have uninterrupted views over the lake and golf course. There is an internal laundry on the top level with a brand new washer dryer and plenty of spare linen. Free wifi and Smart TV Guest access One parking spot is available onsite opposite the path to the villa. Any second vehicle needs to be street parked. Other things to note Around Town There is a Foodworks store which sells groceries only 1min away from the Villa, also a cafe and restaurant called Phlat Chat. Phlat sells the most AMAZING food hands down, 10/10 best italian cuisine we have ever tasted. Chef was cooking the food right in front of us and it was just beautiful to see all the fresh, high quality produce being used in each meal. I highly recommend this stay and a visit to the local stores too. Also a petrol station right next to Foodworks and a playground. Doctors and chemist are also located there.
