This stunning , newly renovated condo is located on 11th floor, only block from the public beach. Destin and surrounding area has so much to offer for guests of all ages. From lazy days on the white sand beaches, fishing adventures, pirate crusies, watersports, golf courses , water parks, museums, sunset cruises,helicopter crusies to high end one of a kind restaurants. If you decide to be a captain, just rent a boat and spend a day on a famous Choctawhatchee Bay and one of a kind CRAB ISLAND The space Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen , front room and balcony with breathtaking views for Destin, ocean and Destins biggest 10,000 sq feet lagoon pool surrounded with beautiful palms.Master Bedroom has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has double bunk bed.Front room has extendable couch for 2 persons - total for 6 people. Guest access Downstairs, our guests have full access to gym, tennis courts,basketball, playground and big ,beautifull pool surrounded with palms.There is also one smaller heated pool and hot tub and ofcourse splash pad and kids pool. You can also find a coffee shop, restaurant and bar. There is couple nice restaurants in walkable distance and much more in 5 mile radius.If you would like to fill up your fridge - walmart is 1 block away, and few other stores nearby. Other things to note PLEASE READY - THESE ARE IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL GUESTS STAYING AT OUR CONDO AND PALMS OF DESTIN RESORT. - minimum booking age is 25.ID is required at check in . - Absolutely no smoking inside condo and on the balcony - Grills on the balcony are prohibited - NO PETS - We do not provide beach towels,you have to bring your own beach towels, taking towels that are provided is bathrooms is prohibited. - Kitchen is equipped in glasses, plates, silverware etc..please do not take anything outside of the condo. - please empty trash bags everyday and dont leave them on the hallways - trash chute is by the evelator - please do not throw any objects to the toilet than toilet paper. - no parties, gatherings or events - Check in time is anytime after 4pm - Check out time is at 10am - 150$ will be charged in case of late checkout - Please make sure door to the balcony are closed all the time - if you leave it open it may turn off AC unit. - before leaving condo, make sure stove and all electrical devices are turned off -Before your check out, please do not leave any food inside the unit, leftovers on the plates / full garbages etc.
