This newly renovated family friendly home has 3 beds and 2 1/2 bath, located between SeaTac(~9 mins) and Westfield Southcenter (~4 mins). Our quiet and relaxing home is ideal for single person, couple, family, and business traveler to unwind after a long busy work day or an adventure in our city. We offer various game options and a 70" Smart TV for games and movie nights. We have high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, AC, and a spacious large backyard with a hot tub waiting. The space There is a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also a lounger that can be converted into a futon bed for additional sleeping area. The master bedroom has a dedicated workspace area. The two other bedrooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed in each. There is a fully equipped kitchen containing all the necessary essentials. The location is conveniently located to Safeway for you to be able to buy ingredients for a home cooked meals when you and your family want to cook. Other features included in the house are washer/dryer, blow dryer, iron, coffee maker, laundry detergent, dish soap, bath towels. Extra blankets and pillows are also provided. All the essentials are there to make your family feel right at home. **We absolutely can NOT host pet or any service animal due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.** **Outdoor security cameras are not to be tampered. Tampering with security cameras will result in cancellation of reservation without refund.** Guest access There is parking spaces open in the driveway and on the side of the house by the garage. There is no access to the garage. Other things to note There are no security cameras inside the home, but for security reasons, there are cameras outside the main entrance and backyard. Tampering with security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. There will be an extra $50 cleaning fee charge if the check out day falls on holiday.
