Self-contained flat can sleep up to 4 (2 couples)

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. Un-shared access to the kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, utensils and crockery. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets. The space The flat is laid out upstairs primarily as a one bedroom apartment with private bathroom and lounge, however, the sofa-bed in the lounge can be made up for you should you need it, effectively turning the flat into a two bedroom set-up with two double beds that can sleep 4 people. Please let us know when you make your booking whether you would need the sofa-bed making up prior to your arrival. Guest access The whole top floor is set aside for exclusive guest use. The kitchen downstairs is functional and available for your exclusive use if you need it, but it does serve as a "passageway" between two separate parts of my work space, so I'll need daytime access. (Normally only during office hours). One designated off-road parking space is available. Please keep the gate closed at all times. Other things to note No smoking (or vaping) in the house please. But please feel free to relax in the garden, or on the sun-deck. (Weather permitting of course.)
