If you are visiting Barcelona, either for relaxation or work this is the place you want to be. We maximised it’s 65m2 to make our guests have a wonderful experience in the city. The apartment is recently renovated it has a spacious living room, open to a balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. The light and carefully selected furniture make it a warm space, it is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a centre table, flat TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is close to the living room but independent, and is also fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules included) and all cooking utensils and dishes. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Wifi, of course, is also included. The bathroom has a shower and we provide body soap and towels.  It has two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and wardrobe.  1 bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The apartment has also another room with a desk where you can work separately from the living room. All this makes it a perfect option to establish your home-base and enjoy the beautiful Barcelona. Other things to note It is very IMPORTANT to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit. *** Mandatory tourist tax NOT included in the price (6.88€ x Person x Night) to be paid upon check-in (only applies for the first 7 nights and to those over 16yo). *** IMPORTANT: Please note that, from 1 April 2026, the tourist tax will be €10.45 x person x night, following the new increase approved by the local government. *** ***There is a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 200€ that will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. *** *** All guests are REQUIRED to show their IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID/Passport) upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. *** GUEST WILL RECEIVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH MUST BE SIGNED UPON ARRIVAL *** ***CHECK-INS FROM 19:00 have an extra cost of 30€ and after 00:00 an extra cost of 50€.*** Bear in mind that the apartment only features AC in the living room.
