It's a contemporary space, with a very complete kitchen, two generously sized bedrooms, and the coolest family/dining room with polished concrete floors. It has one king size bed in the master, and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom.  It also has a spectacular outdoor oasis with dining, living, fire pit and very cool cowboy pool! Other things to note Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets. Please do not flush wipes down the toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs. No parties or gatherings. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM. AC system is cool only, we provide space heaters in the property in case it gets cold... but then again, it's South Florida ;-). Fireplace is for decoration purposes only.
