The space We have created the perfect back drop for you to cook waffles and pancakes on a Sunday morning, or to roast marshmallows and make s'mores over an open fire in the back after a day at the beach, to get caught up on your summer reading list, to watch the newest release, to relax, to unwind after a day at the slopes, to celebrate a glorious day with a cocktail or sip your favorite cognac in front of a roaring fire - the choice is yours! Great room is two story, super comfy with a sofa, loveseat and large window seat which is great for watching TV, streaming or vegging out in front of a wood burning fireplace with stone that stretches two floors. Open concept means Great Room is open to dining room and kitchen that is outfitted with mega granite countertops. Dining table will easily accommodate eight and if you REALLY want to spread out, two more leaves can be found in the hall closet. Kitchen is spacious, well stocked and will allow ample work space for multiple chefs to whip up culinary wonders. Four separate bedrooms, two on the first floor, two on the second floor. There is SO much to do, whether wine tasting, antiquing, viewing fall colors, shopping the outlets, skiing, tubing, hiking at all levels, biking, swimming in a river, white water rafting - you name it! And the restaurants - there are many serving a wide selection of cuisines. Upon placing a reservation we will provide you an extensive list of many offerings in the region and happy to make supplemental recommendations upon request. There is so much to explore in the Poconos. Gone are the days of just heart shaped tubs and tacky accommodations! BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND CERTAIN CONDITIONS BEING MET, a temporary membership to the Lake Naomi/Timber Trails Resort MAY BE arranged giving you unlimited access* to all pools (indoor and out), platform tennis, dog park, sauna, steam room, fitness, tennis, golf, club restaurants, kid's clubs, the fabulous new rec center, heated lap pool, spray and splash park, lake, and so much more! Rates vary depending on the time of year. Whether you want to golf, hike, sail, swim, tennis or just lull the day away, there is no place in the Poconos more beautiful and relaxing. *Green fees and court time may be additional. The outside pools open Memorial Day weekend but close during the week until mid June, and then remain open every day of the week until a week or so after Labor Day, weather depending. The HUGE indoor pool is open year round. We are situated within a 5 minute walk to the FABULOUS Lake Naomi pools which overlook the lake with views that are simply breathtaking and you can rent canoes/kayaks. You can't beat our location if the Lake Naomi pool is a desired destination while vacationing TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP (TM) UPDATE: Effective January 2021 TMs are now capped per house. You must reserve a Saturday to Saturday stay (no TMs for less than one week) and they are limited per the time of year. Temporary Memberships provide access Club amenities. AGAIN, PLEASE CONTACT HOST FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING IF A TM IS REQUIRED. Other things to note Lake Naomi, a 277 acre lake community has been designated a Platinum Club of America, a prestigious honor bestowed to only 235 clubs of the 6000 that apply. It is also listed in the 99 Best Resort and Recreation Communities, according to J.B. Wiley and Sons. A few housekeeping notes: 1. Smoking is NEVER permitted in the home or on the premises. 2. We will permit pets with a little more information and our permission. A per pet fee will apply. No more than two pets are permitted. Pets must be one year or older. No puppies, please! 3. We have two ceiling fans (Front BR 2nd Floor) and LR. We also have 4 moveable fans. We also have two portable mobile A/C units; one cools the loft and the other cools the common areas on the first floor. With the canopy of trees and the cool nights, the night time breezes make the house very comfortable, even in the height of summer. 4. We have 2 twin air mattresses in the downstairs hall closet which you are welcome to use. Again, capacity is capped at 10 INCLUDING infants. 5. Linens (towels and sheets) can be rented for an additional fee. 6. In order to use the club facilities you will need to purchase a temporary membership. AVAILABILITY OF TMs AND ACCESS TO CLUB AMENITIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Speak with the host or Club Administration for more information. If a TM is available and certain conditions are met, we strongly recommend you make arrangements for the Temporary Membership prior to arriving at Lake Naomi as the lines can be long! PER THE LAKE NAOMI CLUB - NO TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIPS FOR STAYS LESS THAN 7 DAYS AND MUST BE A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY STAY WILL BE ISSUED. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AVAILABILITY OF TMs FOR STAYS SEVEN DAYS OR LONGER. 7. Site map is not entirely correct. We are very close to the intersection of Split Rock and Tanglewood, a 3-5 minute walk to the Lake Naomi pool. 8. Check-in is typically 4pm, Check-out is typically 10 am. Exceptions do occur based on existing reservations before and after your stay. 9. During the summer (typically mid/late June - Labor Day) we largely rent rent weekly with Saturday turnovers. 10. Sales tax at 9% will be billed separately by the platform and is due prior to check in. 11. Capacity is capped at 8, including adults AND children, regardless of age. 12. We request all guests sign a separate agreement which memorializes mutual expectations, additional information about the home and provides additional protection for the guests. PLEASE NOTE, due to a decision by the Board of Trustees at Lake Naomi, guests with stays of less than 7 days, regardless of the time of year, and turnover days other than Saturday, do NOT have the option of purchasing Temporary Memberships which provide access to club facilities. This means no pools, no beaches, nothing! This ban is in effect until further notice.
