Other things to note We provide a starter kit of: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar & creamer packets. If you find you need more, don't worry the grocery store is not far away. -10 Person Max, 4 Vehicle Max and 1 trailer -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. -The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! -No open flames inside including candles. -2 exterior cameras on property for prevention of theft (front door and side door). No indoor cameras. -Up to 2 Dogs are welcome! Dogs must be at least 1-year old, housetrained. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin. A pet fee of $100 per stay will be charged. After booking, a link will be sent to digitally sign a rental agreement. This agreement must be signed before you will receive the property address and a door code. The name on the rental agreement must match the name on the credit card used to book.
