We have thought of every detail to make your stay carefree, from the moment you first arrive. We have covered parking for two vehicles, and additional parking for three cars in the driveway, which is wonderful for larger groups. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, LINENS, a fully stocked kitchen, exquisite décor, and the perfect location. So obviously, no extra fees for sheets and towels. Step out on any of our five decks and to get a breath of fresh air, and enjoy views of the ocean on three of them. Or stroll out onto the beach from your private beach access! Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the sunrise while watching the dolphins play in the surf. Three of our decks are contained, enclosed and private - no one from the beach can wander up to these levels. The bedrooms on the second level have private direct beach access. There is also beach access from the side door on the ground floor of the house, which takes you right by our outdoor shower for your convenience. This is the seamless balance of convenience and security, and our guests love it! We now have a brand new hot tub on the ground level with extended decking for an extra seating area, furnished with four adirondack chairs perfect for lounging. Five bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, give you plenty of space to rest and relax. The master suite is on the main living area on the top floor, which allows for fewer trips up and down the stairs for the lucky guest who gets this bedroom! King size mattress, all new linens, and spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub and two person shower. The second floor has four bedrooms, two of which are ocean front with king beds. There is a queen bedroom as well on this floor, and bunk room boasts a set of bunk beds and a trundle, along with a convenient charging station for devices. Each bedroom, ALL FIVE of them, has its own private full bathroom. We made the most of every square inch in the bedrooms to provide the largest most luxurious beds with the finest linens, as well as the luxury of having your own private bathroom attached to every single bedroom. There are brand new smart tvs in every bedroom as well. Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play conveniently stored in the master bedroom closet, and a high chair tucked away in the upstairs king bedroom closet for your convenience. The living area provides stunning front row views of nature at its finest! Plenty of seating for lounging, eating or enjoying the view from the deck. Brand new sofas and chairs, fresh paint and new finishes provide a gorgeous space to relax with family and enjoy the beach views or watch television from our brand new 55' flat screen smart tv. If you need a break from mother nature, we have a fully stocked activity closet with games, books and puzzles. Or you can take a quick drive into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping and nightlife on the island! We are pleased to encourage a "pay-it-forward" kitchen policy. We love it when our guests leave behind fresh food items, both in the refrigerator and the pantry. We find our guests enjoy a lot of "bonus" food items when everyone contributes just a little. Our guests love it and it works very well. And you will love our kitchen! Luxuriously appointed with everything you need, including all appliances large and small, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to entertain your loved ones. Also included is a world-class view - enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while you're fixing! We believe you should be able to enjoy your stay from the second you walk in the door, so we provide what you need to get started on a relaxing note! Our home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, as well as two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and even laundry detergent for our washer and dryer, in case you need to run a quick load of laundry are also available for your convenience. We have smart Roku televisions in the main living area and all five bedrooms, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the home. There's never a reason to miss your favorite show if you can tear yourself away from the beauty of the beach! We all love our dogs, and we are pet friendly. We are happy to welcome your dog! Just ask, and be prepared to tell us about your furry family member. For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not allow dogs on beds or sofas at any time. Pet hair and the sand they bring in is difficult to remove from linens and upholstery, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay. A charcoal grill is provided, and every deck (all five!) is fully furnished. We also provide beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella for your use on the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. The best thing about our home is that the most important thing to us is your experience. We will do everything we can to ensure you have the best vacation possible!
