Each bedroom comes equipped with a generous flat screen TV and just outside your bedroom, there is a balcony equipped with rocking chairs, perfect for reading a good book and enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine. - Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Bed. - Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and twin loft bed; great for families! - We also have a pack n play, king and twin air mattresses The second floor has an open concept space plan with a state of the art kitchen, prepped with all the essentials including a Vertuo Nespresso machine and Drip Coffee Maker, an inviting and spacious living area with an amazing view and access to the incredibly spacious private patio. A half bath and office workspace are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. Exterior: Out on the private patio you will find your own pool, fully equipped propane BBQ grill, along with multiple seating areas to relax; perfect for hosting a dinner gathering, relaxing poolside in the lounge chairs or chilling on the sofas. This is the perfect spot to take in the sunrises to the East and Sunsets to the West. Don’t worry about parking because this villa offers a private driveway. In addition, this villa offers an outdoor shower for convenience; great for rinsing off sand after a long day at the beach!
