Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Note: There is no lift available in the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Before your check-in, we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a greeter has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
