Relax at this unique bohemian riverside getaway. The cottage is on a quiet street on a large lot shared with the main house. Just East of the lot you have private access to the riverside. Just 3 minutes from Downtown Melbourne which houses the Henegar Center for the Arts, the Melbourne Civic Theatre and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.About 9 minutes from the closest beach access. The space The two bedrooms are divided by a common bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room space have independent mini-split AC units for your comfort. Guest access Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. Other things to note Authorized Dogs (up to two) allowed. For authorized pets we charge $20/night up to $500 per pet. Please contact us for aproval. We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker. The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. The cottage is on a shared lot with a larger house. Landscaping may take place during a stay. A larger short-term rental cottage is adjacent to the lot of this property. There is a privacy fence separating both lots, however we ask that you abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 8am as a common courtesy to other guests and neighbors. The property is located less than 1/2 mile from train tracks.
