Both units are rented individually or together (if available), but are completely separate from each other and have their own terrace, barbecue, and garden areas. Villa Riedhof is located in a completely secluded location – surrounded by a spacious garden, a large meadow, and the forest beyond. It is located between Munich, Lake Starnberg, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Lake Tegernsee, making it an ideal gateway to the Bavarian Oberland. The Loisach and Isar rivers, with their famous rafting, are just a few kilometers away. A large number of supermarkets and shops, as well as many cozy restaurants and beer gardens, are located in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Garmisch and Brauneck invite you to wonderful ski tours. The large main house extends over four floors and is furnished to a very high standard. There is a fireplace between the living room and the office, which is open on both sides. The living room offers plenty of space, and the kitchen is equipped with the latest technology. It includes two ovens, an induction stove, a fully automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher, two sinks, and much more. The first and second floors contain five bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning, and two bathrooms. The basement contains two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second living room. The terrace features a high-quality barbecue. There is also a private sauna for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Check-in is contactless and is via a key box.
