Located on the Riverside Golfcourse, this stunning condo is just minutes away from Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. The condo has been beautifully updated throughout with a calming, yet modern design. There are amazing mountain views, a comfortable walk out patio with BBQ, a fireplace, air conditioning, and a King Size bed. The couch also converts into a sleeper sofa if you have extra guests with you. There is a full kitchen and laundry area for your personal use. The space ENTRANCE As you enter this beautifully renovated condo you will feel immediately at home. The abundance of natural light through the large windows is a great feature, and you'll immediately want to kick off your shoes and relax! To your left you will find a closet with a washer/dryer for your personal use. MAIN LIVING AREA The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, and all the large and small appliances you could need to conjur up a romantic meal or light snack. Additionally, we also provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee for your use. Next to the kitchen counter is a wooden dinning table that comfortably seats four guests. The lounge area has comfortable furnishings, wall mounted AC, and a fireplace. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day, or just wind down and watch a movie. BATHROOM The spacious bathroom has a tub with shower over, and is stocked with hotel quality towels, and locally made body wash/shampoo and hand soap. You can access the bathroom from both the main living area and the King bedroom. BEDROOM The beautifully decorated King bedroom has lots of natural light, window dressings, a door to the balcony, and the bed is dressed in hotel quality linens. PATIO You can access the patio from both the main living area and the King bedroom. Outside you will find a BBQ and patio furniture, plus some wonderful mountain views! LOCAL AREA Fairmont, BC is a great vacation spot for those who love the outdoors. Located in the Rocky Mountains, the area offers a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, and golfing. The town itself has a few restaurants and shops, but is mostly a quiet, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. KIDS: We have a stand alone wooden highchair that stays in the space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. Other things to note Water Park, Pool and Hot tubs are a paid amenity, and only available Mid May to Mid September. The Mountain View buildings were built in the mid 90s and so the units share a ventilation system. Therefore, if you are sensitive to smells or usual life noises, or have any kind of allergies, please reach out before booking. Please note, the bath tub jets are being decommissioned by the strata. Please do not attempt to use. Thank you. Floor fans are also provided in this condo for those warmer nights. There is not an elevator in this building. The unit is on the terrace level (not ground floor), with seven steps, then a short landing and another five steps. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000.
