The screened lanai has a heated pool that faces SW to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets while watching for manatees & dolphins! It's Just a short walk or bike ride to the sandy beach or rent a boat & tie it up to our large private dock! We have a professional cleaning company that sanitizes according to COVID Standards The space Your family will enjoy our fully heated swimming pool, totally redone inside pool with new tiles and pool interior, filters, heater all new, New patio stone in 2022 Great Location with beautiful views from the screened patio. We face the sunset over the canal. The home has 1 Primary bedroom with private bathroom (king bed) 2 queen bed bedrooms with closets and a kids room with bunk bed (full on the bottom and single on top) Visitor closet has beach towels, chairs , and a fold-able beach wagon , sun umbrellas, cooler and beach bags for your use. There are several vendors on the island that offer bicycle rental drop-off and pick-up at the homes location. Guest access The island is very easy to navigate by bike, or car. Our property allows for 2 full sized vehicles to legally park in the driveway. The city has strict ordinances about parking across the sidewalk. Other things to note The home is very close to restaurants on Marco Island, walk to beach, boat rental, shopping and 3-5 min drive to Publix Grocery store. Very convenient location, for a fun relaxing holiday. GARAGE IS OFF LIMITS to guests. Please note that the owners vehicle is secured and locked in the attached garage. very occasionally a few times a year the vehicle may need to be accessed during a guests stay, our family have places in the island and use the car when they stay on Marco island, access is only via code to the garage ( House is locked from the inside) for your Privacy at all times, it take 1-2 minutes just to grab the car.
