You'll be 3 minutes from main street Liberty, 15 minutes from Monticello (+ Resorts World Casino), and 20 minutes from Bethel Woods Arts Center, with concerts all summer. The space The outdoors is the shining star of this listing! On 2 acres with a small lake / pond, plus outdoor amenities like a patio, grill, smoker, and fire pit. If you're looking to have some fun on the lake, take the kayak or paddleboard out on the water and enjoy the sun. Note: fishing is not permitted. Swimming is not recommended. There's also a ping-pong table, dart board, and a couple of TVs, both with Smart TV capability and access to premium streaming. Enjoy walking or running around the property, where there's enough space to roam (children and pets are welcome!) There are 5 bedrooms on premises, each outfitted with clean, comfortable linens for your stay. A couple of the bedrooms have extra sofa beds, and there will be extra linens and blankets provided for your stay. The house sleeps up to 14 people. More than 14 people are not allowed on premises. We use a ring doorbell cam, at the front door of the house, to monitor number of cars and guests. Guest access You'll have private access to the whole property during your stay, including the dock and lake. Enjoy the sun while hanging out on the patio, where you can grill during the warmer months. Or, stay warm by the fire indoors.
