There is also wireless internet access throughout the property, an in house laundry room and outdoor security cameras making it an excellent home for family and friends to feel comfortable. This house is just a short cruise to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing Florida getaway. You’ll find the home’s interior very comfortable, with many updated features, a spacious living room with 65" smart TV. All the essential comforts of home are here. There is a large dining table over looking the pool and sunset views. The propane grill will fulfill all your barbecuing needs. When you’re ready to get out on the water, simply stroll down to the home’s private floating dock on the canal, which leads out to Gulf of Mexico. Boat rentals are also available nearby if you want to have a boat here during your stay . Pets are welcome ($150 pet fee per pet). Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet when you book your stay. This home is perfectly situated to take day excursions to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, St. Pete, Weeki Wachee, and many beautiful golf courses.
