This is an almost new home with all new electrical appliances. The house boasts a large living/dining area, as well as 3 big bedrooms. Enjoy the natural light and summer breeze throughout the whole house with the ducted air conditioning. The property is a hop, skip and jump off the beach and has an amazing outdoor shower for you to enjoy upon return. Local cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants are very close. If you are looking for an adventure, there are many coastal walks and bushwalks nearby. The space All bedrooms are of generous size and the house sleeps a total of six (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 single beds). The kitchen is recently renovated with brand new appliances (please let us know if we are missing anything). There are a total of 3 toilets and 3 showers (1 outside), so the house is perfect for both families and groups of friends. If you are a workaholic there is a desk and a monitor that can be connected to your laptop, and surely there is WIFI in the house.
