Family and pet friendly!! As you are driving to the house you will start seeing a lot of wild life everywhere and people walking around with their pets. Our house is located in a cul-de-sac that backs up into a green belt in a very quiet neighborhood where you will be able to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We worked hard to make sure our guests would enjoy it as much as we do. The patio has several sitting areas. A large fire ring with 8 chairs to sit around and enjoy making some s’mores or just hang around. There is also a round table that sits 8 people to eat or play some board games. The last is a small sitting area on each side of the duplex next to the grill with a swing to enjoy and relax. Inside the home you will walk in to all windows from floor to ceiling that would let you enjoy every moment of the outdoors even when inside. When you walk in you will find the living room with a comfortable couch and two large chairs and dining area for 6. The new kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need for your getaway, from coffee maker to instapot. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the laundry room in it. The Master bedroom with King size bed. In the second floor is the Loft which we have it with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, also there is a small room where you will be able to sit on the cushions on the floor and read or drink your coffee and relax watching the nature outdoors. The outdoors might be shared with guests that rent the other side of the duplex but you will have your own gas grill and sitting area outside your doorstep. The fire ring and round table are shared. Note: Both sides can be rented for large groups up to 12 please message for information and pricing on both together. Monthly discount of 40% is available. Please send me a request and I could review it. Other things to note Some of the outdoor amenities and parking are shared. We ask that you please park on your side of the driveway with no more than 2 vehicles so everyone can drive in and out of the driveway comfortably.
