Prepare breakfast before heading out for the day, relax together in the living space and take advantage of the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer during longer stays. Guest access You have private access to the entire 3 bedroom Airbnb unit including the home, the driveway, and the backyard. This unit is located on the right hand side. The property consists of two completely separate units. There are no shared indoor living spaces with the neighboring unit, so your group will have your own private place throughout your stay. As with many attached or neighboring residences, occasional everyday noise or music may be heard from the adjoining unit. There is a garage separating the units. We want guest to be aware of this before booking , particularly those who are sensitive to noise. Free parking is available in the driveway and our side of the street. Self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient. Use washer and dryer at your discretion, we are not responsible if anything is ruined while using them! Travel Insurance Recommendation: We know that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen situations sometimes arise before a vacation. To help protect your trip, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when finalizing your reservation. As a small, independently operated business, each reservation is important to us, and we must adhere to our cancellation policy, which means we are often unable to make exceptions for refunds. Other things to note We allow up to 8 guests in total at a time, the rooms sleep within 6 people and we have a queen air mattress for extra guests or a comfy couch that can sleep one! Additionally, it's important to be aware that Oregon experiences ant issues during the spring and summer months. While we regularly exterminate the home, occasional sightings may still occur. Please understand that we do not offer refunds for this reason. If you have any inquiries or require further clarification, don't hesitate to message us. Your comfort and satisfaction are our utmost priority. The current guest is liable for any expenses incurred due to clogged toilets during their stay. Parties are strictly prohibited at our properties, and violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
