Placed just above the well-known yellow villas in the Deerfield Marina cove - this home provides easy access to the lake with a private, covered boat slip and other community amenities at Deerfield Resort. For all boaters, a covered boat slip is provided with the rental of this home. This slip is located on brand new docks just built this year. For all boaters, a covered boat slip is provided with the rental of this home. This slip is located on brand new docks just built this year. The dock is located to the right of the current docks for the yellow villas and is only a golf cart ride and/or steps away from where the home is located. The view from this home is one-of-a-kind and there are balconies on both the first and second floor for guests to enjoy. In the kitchen, there are four bar stools for guests to eat their meals at, but additional seating for six at one table can be found on the first floor balcony. Off the kitchen, there is a full-sized washer and dryer that are provided for guests to use at any time. Laundry supplies are included. The living room of this home provides a comfortable, spacious area for guests to entertain. There are different games, activities, and a 55” smart TV that has a DVD player. There are large sliding doors with access to the first floor balcony/outdoor seating and dining area. To better accommodate more guests, there is a pullout sofa bed (queen sized) in the common area/living room space. There are extra linens and pillows provided for you during your stay. There is also storage for these items during the day so the space can be used. There will be privacy blinds in the windows for guests where there are not currently curtains - they are on their way. On the first floor, there is also a master bedroom with a king sized bed, full bathroom, and a 55” smart TV. This room has large windows with blackout curtains and an incredible view of the lake. On the second floor, there is another large bedroom with a king sized bed, full bathroom, and 43” smart TV. There are large sliding doors with blackout curtains and access to the private, second floor balcony off of this room where there will be two rocking chairs. Located in the heart of Deerfield Resort with a view of the Deerfield Marina Cove where the Tiki Bar and other Deerfield amenities are located. There is free parking at our home, but in order to get down to the boat dock that is in front of our cottage - you must get there by foot or by golf cart/utility vehicle.
