A one-of-a-kind beach cottage. Wrap-around porch on three sides. This large (1,500 sq ft), 2 bed, 2 bath, large/open living area Cottage is three blocks to the beach, LB harbor, fine dining, 2 blocks from downtown LB & in the middle of everything the Coast has to offer. Sleeps 5. Close to everything, ample outdoor space to enjoy the great outdoors & close to anything you might want to do!!! One pet under 40lbs./$50 fee, including service/comfort pets. Pre-approved. The Coastal Breeze Cottage shares a large lot with another Vacation Rental: the Cozy Breeze Bungalow. Which sits on the Eastside toward the rear...both are stand along structures, etc. The cottage is the main home on the property, the bungalow is a past mother-in-law smaller cottage. Parking for the Coastal Breeze Cottage is on the U-shaped front driveway, parking for the Bungalow is the longer Eastside driveway. Except for one closet that is locked for housekeeping & storage, the guests have full access to all spaces in the home & porch areas. The large backyard is a common space that is shared with the small Cozy Bungalow (mother-in-law home) with those guests. We do not interrupt our guest's stays with the exception of routine "need" for lawn care, exterminating, etc. We do have a property care-keeper that lives within blocks of the cottage (you will be provided his contact information prior to your arrival. Established neighborhood with plenty of safety, area for walking/jogging, etc. Cottage is on bike route for Coast. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, parks, city buildings, shops, etc. Plenty parking on property. One small pet under 30lbs accepted...strictly enforced. Must pay pet fee. Must provide weight & breed of pet. Pet must be approved prior to check in and the "pet fee' must be paid. This also includes any service or comfort animals......MUST BE APPROVED FIRST AND PET FEE WILL BE DETERMINED!!
