Casa Palmas is centrally located just 2.5 miles south of town, close to the Marina and less than a mile away from a local OXXO convenience store for easy shopping. The Space and Open-Concept Layout The home is fully air-conditioned and heated, making it perfectly suited for comfortable, year-round rentals. Inside, you will find a spacious open floor plan where the dining room, living room, and kitchen seamlessly flow into one another. The all-electric kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and electric oven. Plenty of kitchen countertops create the perfect space for preparing family meals or beach snacks. To help you stay connected with friends and family during your stay, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access is provided throughout the home. Four Levels of Outdoor Entertainment Patios Step outside to explore a spectacular exterior design featuring four distinct levels of patios, providing endless space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment: * Top Level (Rooftop Terrace): Features awesome, 360-degree panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountain ranges. * Third Level Patio: Furnished with comfortable outdoor chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in terrific views of the pelicans and local fishermen in the distance. * Second Level Patio: Features a traditional shaded palapa with built-in benches and lots of seating, making it ideal for entertaining day or night. Bedrooms and Accommodations Casa Palmas features four private bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with a Queen-size bed plus a bunk bed setup to comfortably sleep up to 11 guests in physical beds. If your group is larger than 11, you can extend the capacity up to a strict maximum occupancy of 16 guests total by providing your own alternative airbeds or air mattresses. Important Property Notes and Policies Please read through these specific structural and check-in policies carefully prior to your arrival: * Towel Policy: This rental does not come with towels. Guests must provide all of their own needed towels for bathing, beach trips, and outdoor use, as none are supplied at the property. * Secure Parking: Arriving at the property is completely stress-free thanks to a secure, three-car attached garage available for exclusive guest use. * Check-In Fees: Our standard check-in hours are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
