Two levels of wraparound deck outside MAIN/TOP LEVEL: - Kitchen - Large dining table - Bar - Living area with big screen Smart TV - King BR w/ smart TV - Full bathroom w/ jet tub LOWER LEVEL - Game room with Pool table & mart TV - Full bathroom w/ Jet Tub - King BR - Queen BR - Laundry room (Downstairs Fireplace not working.) OUTSIDE PATIO - Amazing mountain views - Rocking Chairs - Grill - Picnic Table - Private hot tub Guest access You will have the place to yourself. Checkin is via a door code generated and sent to you the evening before checkin. There is parking for 3 cars comfortably. Other things to note ALL GUESTS MUST BE 22 YEARS OF AGE TO STAY HERE UNLESS WITH PARENTS The cabin is in the WOODS! You may see or hear bears and critters No candles or flames allowed inside, aside from fire place. No refunds for bad weather Bath towels and bed linens are provided but bring your own towel for pool use A starter supply of TP, paper towel, dish soap are provided but you will probably need to buy more. Soap, shampoo, ziplocks, food, spices, etc are not provided. Host is not responsible for pool opening/closures. If available, early checkins and late checkouts can be arranged at a cost of $30 per hour rounded to the nearest hour. Please message us for availability Located in a gated community: There's a $10 gate fee per car registration on the community's security system. This fee is for your whole stay already :) Smoking of any type inside the property will result in a $500 minimum fine. Smoking outside is allowed with proper disposal of butts, etc. The jets in the bathroom jet tubs are currently not functional. The hot tub works just fine, however, and is better :-) Dogs are the only pets allowed and MUST be reflected in your guest count to show accurate pricing 2 dogs allowed with a $135 pet fee for the first dog and $65 for the second dog. There’s a $300 security deposit. This is not an actual charge, but a hold that will be released as long as there’s no damage to the property. (Downstairs Fireplace not working.)
