Lovely Home w/ Ideal City + Beach Location!

Our lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home is located on a quiet street with little traffic. Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 8 minutes to Folly Beach. Enjoy plenty of space, as well as great beds (1 king, 2 queens, 1 full) and a stocked kitchen. The home is very clean and has a wonderful front porch to relax on, as well as a large backyard with a fire pit. We provide many amenities, including excellent WiFi and a washing machine and dryer. You can bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway. The space Our 1510 square foot single-level home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached private bathroom. Two of the rooms have queens. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed. We provide clean linens and towels, and the home is professionally cleaned between stays. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you may need, including plenty of dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, etc. The kitchen has lovely bar seating that opens up to the dining room, where we have a farmhouse style wood table. You can use the free washer and dryer, as well as the excellent WiFi. In the living room there is a large TV into which you can plug in your own devices (e.g. Roku, Firestick, etc). The backyard is very private and has an outdoor seating area and fire pit you are welcome to use. There is a delightful front porch with large chairs that is perfect for sitting back and relaxing. The neighborhood is wonderful - it is quiet, peaceful and has very little traffic going by. You are welcome to bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway. Other things to note There is a TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port, for example a Firestick or Roku.
