Large 1700 sqft cabin, amazing SUNNY mountain views with sheltered hot tub, large BBQ deck with table/lounges, fiber wifi, King bed, with walk in closets and private bath, music/TV, fire pit, living room fireplace, board games/corn hole, guidebook, fully stocked, air-flyer/toaster, window AC, this cabin has it all. The space As you drive up to the home, plenty of space for 3 cars, 1700 sq feet home with lots of open space. One of the few cabins that has everything for a perfect getaway: Cal King bed, large patio deck, hot tub, window AC and fiber wifi in a private lot. On the 1st floor there is the 0.5 bath, open floor design that has the gas fireplace centered between the kitchen/dining table and living room. Comfortable couch with smart TV, surround sound speakers for a great movie night, don't forget your popcorn. There are sliding glass doors from the living room out to a large deck with amazing mountain views , patio dining table and BBQ. As you enjoy the view, you can hear the frogs/birds in the protected marshland while relaxing in the lounge chairs. Off the side of the deck , you can walk to the fire pit, start a fire and roast some marshmallows. Or you can enjoy the covered hot tub, decorative lights, for a beautiful relaxing evening. If you want to stay inside, we have a full closet of board games for all ages!! We have corn horn set for adults and a small one for the little ones, and a large grass area to play!! Fun for all!! On the 2nd floor there are 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, each bedroom has a skylight. One bedroom has Cal King bed (soft), private walk in closet and private shower bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen (hard) and bunk bed, next to the room is a large bathroom with shower/bath/washer/dryer. On the side of the house, there is a dog run and 0.35 acres to see amazing views with no neighbors in the front. Inside the house you will find books, a CD player, CD selection, fully ducted heater system, fans in every room and window AC. No matter what the great NW weather brings, we have fun for all seasons!! Guest access Lockbox entry, large private driveway for 3 large vehicles. The large cabin is located with no neighbors on the front side so plenty of space to bring bikes, ATVs, ski/snowboards, snowmobiles, rafts and/or kayaks. Also recommend bringing fishing poles and gear or purchase at the local store when you arrive, easy access to rivers and lake to enjoy great fishing. As you drive to Deming/Glacier Springs, you will lose reception typically 15 minutes before you get to the cabin so prepare for this in having your directions ready. Other things to note This NW cabin in located in the woods, it is up to the guest to be prepared for all situations and weather patterns. Please do your homework and know what a cabin supplies and does not. Winter months in rural areas: - There are no snow plows off the main road - Typically there is not a lot of snow at the base in glacier springs, only as you head up the mountain. But on occasion we get several feet, so watch the weather reports and be PREPARED. - It is recommended to bring chains and/or have an all wheel vehicle - Outages can occur, there is NO generator - this is very unpredictable and out of my control, so be prepared (for those that have not been in electrical outages - no lights, no hot water, no wifi). The oven and fireplace are gas, which will work. - Cabin has a number of items prepared for these outages but this is something we can not control, you have to figure out In the summer months: - Remember to bring your bug spray you are in the forest - Be ready for unusual heat waves, make sure you watch the weather reports and be PREPARED. - The house as a window AC on the second floor - it will help but it does not cool down the whole house Just like any vacation location, we cannot predict or control for weather or critters. This is a rural cabin and therefore everyone has to understand that RURAL is not the same a hotel in the city, there are somethings that just don't exist in the woods (ie water lines, sewer lines, etc).
